KMTC
Korea Shipping (KMTC) shipping company notified that customers must upload a declaration of dangerous goods before sailing for all dangerous goods exported from August 14, 2017.
APL
Dangerous goods booking must be confirmed with the shipping company, and the dangerous goods certificate and application form for dangerous goods shall be provided. After packing, you need to provide DG FORM (if you need a form, please reply "DG Form"), packing certificate and packing list.

CMA
First of all, CMA CGM does not accept the product name ACTIVE CARBON for dangerous goods bookings. MSDS (Chemical Safety Data Sheet) has two requirements that are more important. One is to provide the company name, address, telephone number, and contact person of the production unit; the other is the definition of the UN code and dangerous goods level in the 14th item of the MSDS in the Transport information. CMA CGM only accepts IMDG standards (International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code), and does not accept US DOT and CANADA TDG. Secondly, general chemical products are still booked with CMA CGM for general cargo, and a non-dangerous guarantee and MSDS in CMA CGM format are required. The MSDS requirements are basically the same as those for dangerous goods.
COSCO
The booking of dangerous goods needs to be confirmed with the shipping company’s sales or customer service. If not confirmed, the shipping company will not accept the booking. Hazardous goods should provide flash point, 24-hour emergency contact number and Chinese product name.
CSAV
It is stipulated that dangerous goods must be booked through csav logistics, and the customs number is placed by csav logistics (please refer to the rate table for booking rates). Customers need to tick the dangerous goods option when booking, fill in the dangerous goods grade and UN code, and put HS CODE and NAME ACCOUNT in the product name (not required in the contract).
EVG
Evergreen does not accept bookings for dangerous goods
HMM
Provide the dangerous package certificate and MSDS, and then send it directly to the designated mailbox of HMM for confirmation. (This booking guide is for booking reference only. MATSON
As long as you apply once (only MSDS is required), the dangerous goods can be booked as general cargo in the future. The emergency contact phone number and the type of dangerous goods packaging must be provided.

Dangerous goods booking generally requires MDGF (multimodal dangerous goods form), dangerous package certificate, inspection report (provided upon request) and MSDS (material safety data sheet) (provided upon request).
MOL
For dangerous goods booking, a dangerous goods application form (please reply "DG Form 3" if you need a form), dangerous package certificate, MSDC, appraisal certificate, MOL can receive and process EDI BOOKING.
MSC

MSK
Please send the MDGF and dangerous package certificate to the relevant customer service of Maersk within 2 hours after you have the customs number and ship name and voyage. Otherwise, it may be rejected by Maersk (MDGF requires WORD file).
A detailed list of dangerous goods, an identification result sheet for the use of outbound dangerous goods transport packaging, MSDS (PDF format), and a customs declaration form for export goods are required.
OOCL
Dangerous goods booking must provide a dangerous goods application form (unformatted) + letter + dangerous package certificate, mail (please specify the subject of the mail: ship name + voyage number + bill of lading number + port of destination) sent to the relevant customer service of OOCL, also It can be sent to the public mailbox corresponding to OOCL.
PIL
The booking of dangerous goods needs to be confirmed with the shipping company’s sales or customer service, and the shipping company’s booking confirmation should come to our company for booking.
SAF
For dangerous goods booking, a dangerous package certificate, a dangerous goods declaration form, MDGF (if chemical products are included in addition to dangerous goods, please also provide chemical MSDS).
WHL
Dangerous goods booking certificate, dangerous goods declaration form, MSDS shall be provided. The booking remarks need to indicate which sales confirmation with the shipping company, please send the "Dangerous Goods Declaration Form/Dangerous Package Certificate/MSDS" to the shipping company for related operations.
YML
Please provide the dangerous goods application form (if you need the form, please reply "DG Form 4") and the dangerous package certificate to our company for the corresponding operation of the shipping company. Dangerous goods are booked through ZIM Logistics. The bill of lading number and ship name are provided by ZIM Logistics. When booking, the customer needs to provide the dangerous goods application form box, self-made container guarantee, dangerous package certificate, MSDS (both ZIM fixed format) and additional booking At times, customers are required to provide a 24-hour foreign emergency contact person and telephone number, net weight, flash point, and whether it is sea pollution in the product name.

Dangerous goods export booking generally requires shipping power of attorney, dangerous goods packaging use identification result sheet, packaging dangerous goods technical specification, declaration form and packing certificate. The power of attorney must indicate the Chinese and English product name, box type, dangerous goods class (CLASS NO.), United Nations dangerous goods code (UN NO.), cargo packaging, and special requirements to facilitate the application for space and dangerous goods declaration, if involved When it comes to transshipment, you need to confirm with the shipping company whether there are restrictions on the transshipment port.
